Phase One / Project Roadmap
Creation of project roadmap - scope outline, budget, timeline, mood boards, and floor plans.
Typically 2 - 3 weeks for Per Room projects; 3 - 4 weeks, possibly longer, for larger Full-Service projects.
Phase Two / Implementation
Implementation of project roadmap - furnishing/fabric/material selection, purchasing & procurement, fabricator coordination, delivery and installation coordination.
Implementation phase timeline is dependent on project scope and will be estimated during Phase One.
*Projected timeline may be delayed due to changes to client-approved design, vendor issues, or shipping delays, all of which are beyond our control.
Fees
10% of the overall budget plus 30% mark-up on products and services based on our To-The-Trade-only accounts/wholesale discounted pricing. This is a vendor/manufacturer-determined cost which, in most cases, will translate to slightly under or slightly over the retail price. A 20% mark-up will be applied to products and services that do not offer To-The-Trade pricing. Clients will be billed weekly for purchases, vendor work, and fee schedule.

Full-Service Decorating Budget Minimum $60,000

Hourly Consultations $125 / hr.

*In-Person available in Los Angeles or Santa Ynez Valley, and requires a 2 hr. Minimum
