Return Policy

In-Store Merchandise Return & Exchanges

Merchandise in original, unused condition, accompanied with the original sales or gift  receipt, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for full refund or exchange. Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment. 

 

Online Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery, with the exception of tea or pantry items. Items must be returned in their original condition and product packaging to our Sherman Oaks store within 21 days of purchase. Customers must contact us via phone 818-208-9770 or email home@josephinela.com before shipping items back to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Please package with care and obtain tracking info as we are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Refunds can only be credited to the original form of payment.

Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS. Customers can choose Priority Mail Express (2-3 business days) or Priority Mail (3-5 business days). Orders placed Monday - Friday will be shipped the next business day; orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Tuesday.. Items can also be picked up in our shop during open hours. Items damaged in the mail must be reported to us via email within 24 hours of delivery to receive a replacement. Do not throw out shipping boxes or other materials as we may need those to be able to file a claim with the shipping company for replacement.
